At Fairchild, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a white-glove pickup for oversized furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
